Roller Network Colocation Policy
Roller Network maintains a series of policies for colocation services within our facility. Our goal is to provide a safe, secure, reliable, and professional colocation environment for all of our customers.
Customer must arrange shipping and provide tracking numbers for equipment to be delivered to our facility. Unexpected deliveries may be refused.
Colocated equipment remains the responsibility of the customer. Roller Network LLC provides the following services for colocated equipment: non-portable IP addressing, power, network connectivity, and climate control. Rack power is only available at 208 volts AC.
3d开奖112前后关系Roller Network maintains a site policy of escorted access at all times. For customer safety and security unattended site access without a member of Roller Network staff is not permitted. All activities on site are monitored or recorded. Customers with equipment in shared rack space will be supervised. Only customers with full or half-rack colocation space may freely access the front and rear of their assigned rack once escorted into the suite.
Colocations in shared rack space may access equipment during regular business hours with prior notice. Shared rack space access outside of business hours, or on holidays and weekends, will be billed at standard rates for supervised access. All electrical equipment and accessories must comply with the current version of the National Electric Code and carry a UL listing. Local fire codes also apply.
3d开奖112前后关系All aspects of our facility will be inspected on a continuous basis by Roller Network staff and local authorities to ensure site integrity and compliance with local building, fire, and electrical codes.
3d开奖112前后关系Racks and service PDUs are supplied by Roller Network. Customer supplied racks and PDUs are not permitted. Damage (cosmetic or functional) will be repaired or replaced at customer's expense. Customers with three-phase PDUs must keep phase balance within 10%.
All equipment must be properly secured with positive locking mechanisms or methods. Equipment and accessory rails must support square-hole rails. (If required, captive nut hardware is available on request.) Four-post shelving is permitted, such as: APC AR8122BLK (250lb fixed) or APC AR8123BLK (100lb sliding). Shelving must secure to all rails. Stacking of unsecured equipment within a rack is not permitted.
3d开奖112前后关系Power and data cabling must be cleanly dressed, conform to facility standards, and not interfere with other customers. Cabling must be routed in such a manner as to not obstruct equipment airflow or accessibility. Roller Network reserves the right to correct non-compliant installations.
Roller Network utilizes APC AR3100 or AR3200 NetShelter SX 42U 600mm Wide x 1070mm Deep Enclosures for colocation. Maximum rack load must not exceed 3,000lbs (42U full rack) or 1,500lbs (20U half rack) evenly distributed.
Batteries are prohibited within server suite spaces (excepting CMOS, RAID BBU, and similar small battery packs). UPS equipment may not be placed in server suite spaces or connected to the main facility UPS. Roller Network maintains a maintenance agreement for our facility-wide UPS; maintenance records are available on-site for inspection.
3d开奖112前后关系No equipment may be placed outside of or on top of cabinets. No unauthorized cabling may be routed outside of cabinets. Rack doors must remain in place and normally closed; doors are normally locked unless access is required. Colocated equipment must not be placed directly on the floor.
Wireless access points, bridges, repeaters, and similar wifi devices may not be installed in colocation spaces. Roller Network doesn't allow wifi access points on the colocation floor, but transmitters with a coaxial cable to a colocated 3d开奖112前后关系rooftop antenna or cellular USB data cards are allowed.
3d开奖112前后关系Storage is not is permitted within server suites or equipment rooms. A mezzanine level storage area in the business office with limited shelving is available.
3d开奖112前后关系No move-in or move-out of equipment is permitted through the front entry of Colocation Suite 2. All move-in or move-out activities must be scheduled and supervised through the utility staging area only.
Unauthorized manual activation of fire alarms, suppression systems, emergency disconnects, shunt trips, or similar site emergency systems is prohibited and subject to penalties.
Accounts with any outstanding balance must be paid in full before equipment will be returned. Equipment in storage without prior arrangements is considered abandoned after forty-five (45) days.
Colocated equipment may be disconnected without notice if it is found to be causing any condition that is detrimental to or interferes with the operation of any other equipment or services on the network, other customers, or subject to Operating Policies.
3d开奖112前后关系Colocation services will follow industry standard best practices to the best of our ability. This policy will be updated as needed. Roller Network reserves the right to act in the best interest of the colocation facility.
